Anger is a normal human emotion. Feelings of anger can make us aware that something is wrong.  How we express this anger may or may not be very healthy and sometimes the way we express our anger can leave us with negative feelings about ourselves.  Negative and even violent expressions of anger can have a detrimental effect on our family and social relationships. In therapy we can work together to identify the underlying source of your anger and we can work toward developing healthy emotional expression that may lead to repairing and enhancing your relationships.
