Anxiety is sometimes seen as helpful as it can be motivating or it can be perceived as keep one safe, but at times it can get in the way of fully participating in life.  If Anxiety is getting in the way of you’re taking part in activities normally enjoyed, in therapy we can work together at a pace you are comfortable with, to develop strategies to manage your worried or difficult thoughts and feelings so that you can again fully take part in the activities around you.
